Definition of Business Management or, meaning of business communication or, Management Managing is the most important activity of human. It may be called the practice of intentionally and frequently determining the organization. In every organization have people who are accountable for helping them to achieve their goals or destinations. This type of people is called managers. There is no any organization which carries on its business without management. Management needs organization and organization needs Management.

According to Terry and Franklin, “Management is a different process consisting of activities of planning, actuating, and controlling, performed to determine and accomplish stated objectives with the use of human beings and other resources”.

James A.F. Stoner defined that, “The process of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the work of organization members and of using all available organizational resources to reach stated organizational goals.”

According to Griffin refers, “Management is the process of planning controlling, leading, and organizing and organization’s human, physical, financial and information resources to achieve organizational goals in an efficient and effective manner.”

According to American Society of and Mechanical Engineers, “Management is the art and science of organizing, preparing and directing human efforts applied to control the forces and utilize the material of nature for the benefit of man.”

According to G. R. Terry refers that, “Management is a distinct process, activating, consisting of planning, controlling, organizing and performed to determine and accomplish the stated objectives by the use of human beings and other resources.”

John F. Mee Said that, “Management is the art of securing maximum results with a minimum of effort so as to secure maximum property and happiness for both employee and employer and give the public the best possible service.”

According to Josheph L. Massie, Management is defined as the process by which a cooperative group directs action towards common goals.”

Finally, we can say that Business Management is the process of the achievement of per-determined goals and objective of any organization.
